What Is Moticise?

Moticise means “motivational exercise.” It’s a fun and easy way to take big steps toward your most exciting goals - using the mind AND the body. It’s like having a life coach and a personal trainer in one!

Here’s how it works.

We’ll start with a physical exercise (don’t worry, there are modifications!). While you’re getting your sweat on, we’ll go through my award-winning 7-step Mindset Reset process to help you choose a goal, and then make an action plan to get there. 

The Mindset Reset Process:

  1. What will it feel like once you’ve achieved this goal?
  2. What resources do you have to reach this goal?
  3. What’s one thing you need to make this goal happen?
  4. What barriers stand in your way?
  5. What beliefs are holding you back?
  6. What’s the first step you can take?
  7. Celebrate your successes!

Using this simple process, people have changed their lives. They’ve dreamt up successful business ventures, had “a-ha!” moments about their relationships, and broken through barriers that had been holding them back for years.

Science-Based Proof: Movement and the Brain

Moticise is based on revolutionary new science showing that exercise plays a key role in mental processes like divergent thinking, problem solving, and creativity. How? By triggering the growth of new neural pathways in the brain, in a process called neurogenesis. By focusing your mind toward your vision of success during exercise, you are establishing new neural pathways that are specifically aimed toward your goal.
