Thanksgiving and Gratitude

When I think of the word “Thanksgiving,” so many images come to mind – family gathering around a table, turkey and stuffing, mashed potatoes, Christmas shopping. And, of course, giving thanks. Gratitude.

It’s so easy for gratitude to fall to the bottom of the priority list, not just in late November, but every day. A few months ago, after traveling to Romania for my husband’s latest production, I’d been giving daily gratitude a lot of thought, and I came up with a way to incorporate a grateful mindset into your day.
